Meditation can have many positive benefits in your life when practiced regularly and can be found as part of medical and rehabilitation programs used extensively for depression and mental illness. It is a way of learning how to cultivate a state of mental rest, which is gradually felt in the body and can replace the sought after states that alcoholics and drug users pursue, but of course it takes training and practice to attain. Although Meditation does not solve our daily problems it helps to relax the mind and change our attitude towards them……
