What is Anxiety or Panic Attacks?

Anxiety is stress that continues after any stressors are gone, it can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, nervous, unhappy or anything you feel is out of your control. What is stressful to one person is not necessarily stressful to another, so Anxiety can take many forms.

Panic Attacks can be terrifying for those that experience them, During a panic attack physical symptoms can build up very quickly and can last from a few minutes to 20 minutes……
