Living with Anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming, It can be a symptom and reaction to subconscious stressful triggers left from a trauma or an accumulation of long term stressors. It takes effort to find your triggers and learn to control your reactions to them but many people have found a way and enjoy a more balanced life, also minimising stress and learning to relax can help.
