Living in an original fishing village today marks the day of the Virgin Del Carmen and as such we have a local holiday although the celebrations are cancelled- Finding post truamatic stress in people after having covid-Last night I had a melt down after three subjects arose from discussions one after the other, all of which were my worst triggers!-“New Cancer Vaccine Ready for Human Trials” I was confused to the word vaccine-Experts say a covid vaccine potential made from the common cold coronavirus may offer a “double defence”

I hadn’t seen my cat all day and became increasingly worried that she had fallen out of a window or off the balcony, the only reason for this would be if her instincts took over her common sense and she went after a bird! – “Swearing is often inappropriate but it can also be evidence that someone is telling you their honest opinion, they aren’t filtering their language to be more palatable, they’re also not filtering their views.”– the indigenous Kichwa hand pick the beans before fermenting and drying them in preparation for the production of high-quality chocolate, known locally as black gold! – Banksy has joined in the wearing a mask debate.

Day 116 and mixed emotions confuse again-The burdens and injustices of the world weighed me down-That stage of parenting where you realise you cant help them like you could when they were small-feeling this lightness inside is immense, it has opened up a channel for-I feel completely blessed, fortunate to be in this circumstance and have given up trying to understand-Bats seem to be an occurring theme this last week, my daughter found a baby one-I am truly blessed and thankful for these new experiences from which I am learning daily.

Volkswagen in Germany’s “City of Cars,” Zwickau, produced its last ever combustion engine vehicle -After this little mental conflict /distraction I continued mask on- The nearly full moon was rising, the sunset was hazy and everything felt mystical-last night was a full moon eclipse, the last of the eclipse season–What was crystal clear is that drunk people can’t/won’t socially distance-There is so much for us to learn about our vast universe and those beyond-Blind Astrophysicist Wanda Diaz Merced translated her work into sound!-more sounds of the universe created as the “Starsounds” project-It seems to lead a country you need the same qualifications as most people who work in shops or clean public toilets, except you don’t need past experience or references!-Are the Brits being infiltrated deliberately to stir up anger and divisions, and for what reason?

Finally our weekly local outdoor market re opened – In heat wearing a mask feels suffocating, uphill you soon get out of breath, exhausted and overheated – In my youth I used to go mountain climbing, hiking and other outdoor activities – Police say “If you can’t abide by the countryside code then please don’t visit.”- During the summer months pain was caused by drafts from fans, open windows and especially air conditioning in cars – Devastating to see the mystery surrounding the “completely unprecedented” deaths of hundreds of elephants in Botswana – The Archbishop of Canterbury talks of “thinking again” about portraying Jesus as white – Crazy Horse Monument.
